Below you will find two Red Bubbles.
Bubble #1: Once you click on a Question, you will be taken to that Question's page. You will find the question and any answers to that question.
Bubble #2: You can also add your own answer to the other users Questions. All you have to do is simply type your answer and then click the save answer button. You do however have to be a memeber of the Local Elements Community to contribute. If your not a member join now, it's easy.
